The Rookery Building Engagement | Lauren & Konrad

Standing on top of the Rookery Oriel staircase felt a little out of this world 😮 The Rookery building built in 1888 is one of the Chicago renowned buildings – at eleven stories tall, the Rookery was the tallest building in the world at the time of its completion! It was no surprise that Lauren & Konrad decided to have their photos taken there – they were looking for a dramatic staircase and gorgeous architectural details, and they found a perfect spot for it! We had the entire place for us, so it felt even more romantic than you can imagine, and we could feel the spirit of the building. These two are one of the sweetest couples, with so many genuine laughs and hugs, they were such a joy to look at! Here are just a few photos to show you their love (and that fabulous staircase)! 💗💗 Forgot to mention Lauren’s dresses & Konrad’s blazers – what a combo! 😍 Go ahead and check out our The Rookery Building engagement pre wedding session, plus some champagne toast on the Chicago streets teasers!
