Morton Arboretum Wedding | Nadia & Alex

Portraits amidst colorful trees, beautiful gardens, stunning autumn leaves. It is possible at the Morton Arbouretum! Even during a year of unknowns, Nadia & Alex were gracious and so positive. They were planning a big October wedding, but Covid threw a wrench in the plans and they had to downsize it significantly. So many of my couples had to deal with changes and cancellations and it’s been a crazy year for that reason. But Nadia & Alex had such a good attitude about it all and finally tied the knot during our magical autumn! They had amazing friends and family who were so ready to celebrate with them.

They are both sweet, kind, and sensitive towards others. They are perfect for each other, and to be given the opportunity to photograph their wedding day means more to me than I can say!

Throughout the day, we heard the soft sound of fall leaves rustling in the breeze. We also captured a beautiful sunset just while wrapping up taking the portraits on the park grounds. Ok, here are some of my favorites!
