Morton Arboretum Fall Wedding
Angela & Aubrey – the sweetest couple! Their wedding was just absolutely breathtaking. Have you been to The Morton Arboretum in Lisle before? It is a beauty. Fall wedding – the leaves were that beautiful golden color, then you add the sun’s touch. Goodness! Angela had always wanted a quaint intimate wedding, so they both decided to go Morton Arboretum.
The place has a garden setting, so you could have your ceremony there, with seats set outside. There are nature trails, trees, and a sort of mini lake that is just absolutely perfect for your wedding photos with your bridesmaids and grooms, plus guests too. Angela and Aubrey though, had their wedding inside, which has a fantastic architectural design and adds a romantic touch.
For your reception, you could get a sort of indoors theme, with a gorgeous tent set up for you, plus tables and chairs too, if you so wish.
On this beautiful fall day, Aubrey actually shed a tear when he was saying his vows. He has always been such a sweetheart and treated Angela like a queen, but this was so sweet and touching! It is among the most romantic gestures I have ever seen at a wedding. The love was so evident!
To make it even more endearing, there was a bit of rain, just a slight drizzle really, during the vows ceremony. Like all the angels and the heavens agreed and sent their blessings. It was everything any bride could wish for and more, plus the Morton Arboretum’s scenery made it even better.
I would most definitely recommend the Morton Arboretum for anyone planning a wedding, or any outdoor event, and no worries about having to make the kids sit and behave all through it, the grounds are wide enough, and they even have sculpted trolls for the young ones to play with! Ha ha.
From the ceremony, to the photo session and reception, everything was simply unforgettable… We already have an anniversary session scheduled at Morton’s! 🙂
Let me show you some pictures of that amazing day (look out for a bonus troll staring at you)! 😉
