I met Candace & Eric around two years ago when they decided to choose me as their wedding photographer! They are incredibly down-to-earth, genuine, wonderful people, and given the opportunity to photograph their big day has meant a lot. Even during a year of unknowns, they were gracious and so positive. Their wedding was full of fall colors, and they all complimented each other and came together to give this wedding a vibrant feel, that is so reflective of Candace’s personality (that bridal bouquet, bridesmaids dresses…gorgeous right?!) Farmington Lake Wedding

Their first look was so special and touching. Love how emotional Eric was seeing his soon to be wife! Following that, there was a traditional Polish blessing, where parents blessed them, and when everyone has said their part, the couple hugged and kissed their parents. Shortly after, they finally headed to the ceremony.
They got married during the fall, had a heartwarming ceremony at the rustic Farmington Lake in Mokena, IL. Despite some crazy winds (throwing chairs around before the ceremony), it felt so cozy and warm (also thanks to the snuggly blankets :)) They had amazing friends and family who were so ready to celebrate with them…you could feel the energy! Candace was effortlessly stunning and easygoing all day long, and Eric was one of the sweetest, most charming grooms. Their smiles are simply contagious! 🙂 We even witnessed some wildlife while taking photos (you will see down below). Every precious, intimate moment on their wedding day was breathtaking and intentional.
