Armour House Wedding | Alexis & Travis

Many kids say “the magic” is their favorite part of fairy tales. I cannot agree more, and luckily enough we didn’t need to escape the real world to be a part of one 🧚 Everyone felt like we were transported to another place – Alexis and Travis’s wedding day was a magical story of love and feelings, with a happily ever after! 

First, let me start with the historic venue – Armour House in Lake Forest is a perfect combination of elegance, style, and garden surroundings. All wedding dreams came true!

These two decided to opt-out from the first look and keep it very special – the only thing they did was hold each other hands for a brief few seconds, being able to feel another skyrocketing heartbeat. So touching! ❤️
The day started off with clear skies but progressed toward t-storms and heavy rain right before the outdoor planned ceremony. Still, I say never give up! Alexis & Travis exchanged their vows surrounded by the closest family, friends, sunshine, and beautiful grounds of the Armour House.
We still got surprised with more rain during our photos (this is why we had to run after like 20 minutes we were given by the weather to take photos outside), but that’s ok! This day was a cup running over of joy, laughter, and love.
